The Ruger RXM Threaded 9mm + YHM Sidewinder M2 Suppressor Package combines Ruger’s modular RXM platform with Yankee Hill Machine’s lightweight Sidewinder M2 9mm suppressor in one suppressor-ready setup.
Ruger RXM Threaded 9mm
The threaded RXM uses a 4.5-inch precision-rifled alloy steel barrel with 1/2×28 threads and a factory thread protector. Ruger also includes a heavier 18 lb guide rod/recoil spring assembly designed to help tune the pistol for different suppressor and ammunition combinations.
The RXM features a removable serialized stainless steel Fire Control Insert housed inside the interchangeable Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip. The grip incorporates Magpul’s 3/4-scale TSP texture, textured indexing pads, undercut trigger guard, beavertail and low-profile flared magazine well.
Its optics-ready slide allows direct mounting of RMR, DeltaPoint Pro and RMSc-pattern optics. Co-witness-height steel sights and a tritium front sight provide a usable sight picture with or without an optic.
The pistol uses a flat-faced trigger with an integrated trigger safety and also incorporates an internal striker blocker and loaded-chamber inspection port.
YHM Sidewinder M2 9mm Suppressor
The Yankee Hill Machine Sidewinder M2 is designed as a lightweight, serviceable handgun suppressor.
Both the baffle assembly and Nielsen device can be removed for cleaning and maintenance. YHM’s rear-cap design also allows piston changes without tools.
The Sidewinder M2 incorporates 10 indexing positions, allowing the suppressor to be rotated to adjust point of impact while remaining installed on the host pistol.
The included 1/2×28 piston matches the factory threads of the Ruger RXM threaded barrel.
