Thank you for shopping at Liberty Build Co. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, how shipping charges are calculated, and what customers should expect after placing an order through https://libertybuildco.com.

All orders are subject to this Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Where We Ship

Liberty Build Co. ships eligible products to addresses within the United States, including eligible U.S. territories and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Some products, carriers, or destinations may have additional restrictions. APO, FPO, and DPO shipments are subject to destination-specific military-mail restrictions and may not support every product or shipping service.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside eligible United States territories and military addresses.

Restricted Products and Locations

Certain firearms, ammunition, components, accessories, and regulated products may not be available for shipment to every location.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are lawful to purchase, possess, receive, install, and use in their jurisdiction.

Liberty Build Co. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order that cannot legally be shipped
  • Request additional information before processing an order
  • Restrict certain products by state, territory, city, county, ZIP code, or other jurisdiction
  • Require shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee when applicable
  • Cancel an order when the customer cannot satisfy applicable legal or transfer requirements

Federal firearms laws prohibit certain sales and transfers and require licensed sellers to comply with applicable federal, state, and local restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours.

Processing time begins after:

  • Payment is successfully authorized
  • Required order information has been received
  • Any necessary legal, address, inventory, or fraud review has been completed
  • Any required dealer or licensing information has been verified

Processing times may vary because of:

  • Product availability
  • Order volume
  • Customization or special-order requirements
  • Distributor or manufacturer delays
  • Payment review
  • Address verification
  • Legal or compliance review
  • Holidays, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control

Processing time is separate from carrier transit and delivery time.

Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment or product availability.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on factors that may include:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Product type
  • Carrier
  • Shipping service
  • Applicable surcharges
  • Legal or carrier restrictions

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the shipping charge before completing checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery date or transit time displayed during checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Military-mail handling
  • Customs processing for eligible territories
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Theft, loss, or damage during transit
  • Other circumstances outside Liberty Build Co.’s control

Liberty Build Co. is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate billing and shipping address.

Review your address carefully before completing checkout.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing or a shipping label has been created.

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Refused delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned as undeliverable

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for an order delivered to the address entered by the customer.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will generally be sent to the email address entered during checkout after the shipping label is created.

Tracking activity may not appear immediately. A label-created notification does not necessarily mean the carrier has already received the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly reporting delivery problems.

Multiple Shipments

An order may be shipped in more than one package when products:

  • Are stored at different locations
  • Ship from a distributor or manufacturer
  • Have different processing requirements
  • Become available at different times
  • Require different carriers or shipping services

Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers.

Firearms and Serialized Products

Firearms and other serialized products will only be shipped and transferred in accordance with applicable law.

When shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee is required:

  • The customer must provide or select an eligible receiving dealer
  • The receiving dealer must provide any required license information
  • The firearm will not be shipped directly to the customer unless legally permitted
  • The customer is responsible for transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
  • The customer must successfully complete all legally required transfer procedures

Customers should not complete a firearm transfer if the item is incorrect, damaged, or unacceptable. Contact Liberty Build Co. before accepting the transfer.

Carriers may also impose specific firearm-shipping procedures, and federal law restricts carriers from knowingly transporting prohibited firearm or ammunition shipments.

Ammunition and Regulated Materials

Ammunition and other regulated or hazardous products may be subject to:

  • Age verification
  • Adult-signature requirements
  • Ground-shipping requirements
  • Carrier surcharges
  • State or local restrictions
  • Quantity restrictions
  • Destination restrictions

These items may not be eligible for shipment to APO, FPO, DPO, post-office boxes, certain territories, or other restricted destinations.

Delivery, Loss, and Theft

A package is considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking information shows delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package.

Before contacting us, check:

  • Around the delivery location
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • With apartment or property management
  • With the local carrier office
  • For delivery photographs or notices

Liberty Build Co. will assist with available carrier claims, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered, stolen after delivery, or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

Inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the product or package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at us2aarms@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the interior and exterior packaging
  • Photograph of the shipping label

Keep all packaging and damaged contents until the claim is resolved. The carrier or Liberty Build Co. may require them for inspection.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be treated as a return.

Any refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Other costs caused by the refused or undeliverable shipment

Some products, including firearms, ammunition, custom products, special-order products, and regulated materials, may not qualify for a refund.

Returns and Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless:

  • Liberty Build Co. shipped the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was confirmed to be defective
  • Another fulfillment error was caused by Liberty Build Co.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Liberty Build Co.

Returns must be authorized in advance and comply with our Return and Refund Policy.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns. Liberty Build Co. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before delivery to us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after:

  • Processing has begun
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has been submitted to a distributor
  • Custom work has started
  • The order has shipped

Additional fees may apply when costs have already been incurred.
