It's not complicated, it just works. And at this price, why reinvent the wheel? As an RXM owner, I'm generally a pretty happy panda, apart from Magpul dragging their heels rolling out the full-size grip frames announced at SHOT show. I had been considering trying to 3D print a little magwell extension to give my pinky something to do besides acting like I was at a fancy dinner party while I shoot, since my paws don't entirely fit on the standard RXM grip. This is an extremely high-quality FDM printed part, and priced in a way that I decided it would be easier to buy it than build it. I am happy with that choice. Shot a hundred rounds on the pistol right after I installed it, which took all of 4 minutes including me trying to handle the itty bitty little screws with the aforementioned bear paws. Do yourself a favor, use the full-size driver from your range bag with the right size hex bit, it makes life easier (as much as the included driver is appreciated.) It doesn't budge, it's a good shape, and it's pretty darn sturdy.
